GOFASTcar finds a centre and arranges the appointment. Our service is quoted individually; you pay the centre or garage directly.

How is the vehicle transported?

A driver drives your roadworthy car between the agreed addresses. The journey’s mileage is added to the odometer.

When are my dates confirmed?

For a standard request, GOFASTcar confirms availability or contacts you with a proposal within 12 hours of payment. If the requested window cannot be met, you may decline the alternative period and request a full refund.

Which requests are checked before payment?

Electric vehicles without fast charging or needing checks, Corsica or Mallorca, international routes, vans, motorhomes, fixed delivery deadlines, mandatory collection within 24 hours and individually quoted services.

How is fuel charged?

Fuel supplied is charged at €3/L and itemised in the quote. For journeys over 400 km, payment is mandatory unless you choose to provide a usable fuel card. Litres charged but not added may be refunded after verification.

Can I provide my toll tag or fuel card?

Yes. These options are optional and unchecked by default. Covered costs are removed from the GOFASTcar amount and paid directly by you. If a card or tag is missing, declined or has an insufficient limit, we ask for your agreement before advancing any costs.

What about my electric car?

For a fast-charging electric car, enter the battery capacity. Delivery includes at least 20% charge, with an 80% option. Vehicles without fast charging are assessed before payment.

What is the surcharge for Corsica or Mallorca?

A €400 surcharge is applied once per mission. Feasibility is checked before payment.
